OBS client acquitted of fraud charges

01 August 2017

A client of Old Bailey Solicitors was acquitted last week of making or supplying articles for use in fraud.

Our client had been accused by the Post Office of being in possession of and supplying counterfeit stamps.  He was represented at trial in the Crown Court by Jordan Franks of Westgate Chambers and he had been looked after by Jill Joyce and Linda Macdonald throughout the case.
