Kim Evans FRSA has over 30 years’ experience in the Criminal Justice system. Roles within both prosecution and defence enable her to give clients a 360 degree overview of their case.
Kim specialises in preparing serious cases for trial in the Crown Court, particularly murder and has received accolades from Senior Counsel for her preparation work. Her most notable case was the acquittal for attempted murder of the mother of a terminally ill adult child, having previously pleaded guilty to assisted suicide. She is particularly experienced in police station representation.
As a practising Buddhist, accredited mediator, NLP and personal development coach, Kim uses her ethos of non judgment and skills to support clients through particularly challenging times, whilst preparing cases both for trial or guilty pleas.
