Our Criminal Defence Solicitors: Will Dennis

Will qualified as a criminal law barrister in 1975, and re-qualified as a solicitor in 1987. He has been a partner in an international law firm, and general counsel and/or head of compliance at a number of international investment banks.
Will became a consultant to Old Bailey Solicitors in 2019. His practice focuses on representing clients in police stations and magistrates’ courts, where he has a reputation for giving clear and straightforward advice, as well as for incisive advocacy always putting the client’s interests first.
Will’s expertise covers a wide range of subjects ranging from drugs, domestic abuse, theft, fraud, financial regulation, sex offences, road traffic offences, to harassment, stalking, and racially-aggravated offences, public order, to offences of violence from common assault up to murder.
Will holds an MA and LLM from the University of Cambridge and speaks French and Chinese (Mandarin). He is dual-qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, and in Hong Kong.
