Celebrating Victory: Acquittal in High-Stakes Sex Case

OBS secures sex case acquittal

A client of Old Bailey Solicitors was acquitted by a jury at Guildford Crown Court last week of charges relating to sexual activity with a  child and causing a child to engage in sexual activity.

OBS Director and leading advocate, David Osborne, conducted the Defence case over the course of the 5 day trial.

These were serious allegations with incredibly serious repercussions for the client, had he been convicted.  The client had strenuously denied the allegations throughout the case and the team at Old Bailey Solicitors are delighted by the result.
